Over the years, I have had the privilege of being involved with and serving many non-profits. At Citrus Group, we already help hundreds of nonprofit organizations by substantially reducing the rate for audits and accounting services.

What services does your firm offer for nonprofits?

We offer a range of services, including audit, financial review, tax preparation, bookkeeping, clean up, financial planning, and consulting. Through our registered partner CPA firms, there isn't anything we can't help you with.

What are your fees for audit and accounting services?

In most cases, our rates are half of what the nonprofit had previously. Accounting can be fro $100 per month and up. Audits, the lowest we've ever performed a full audit for is $2,500. We are generally As an example, a client in Texas had been paying 48k for their audit. After review, we were able to complete the audit for $20,000. Our objective when working with nonprofits is to cover our expenses, and the rest is in-kind work as our way of giving back.

How do you ensure the quality of the work?

We only partner with registered audit and accounting firms. Being a CPA is not enough to perform your audit; a registered audit firm must complete the work. We have access to auditors, accountants, CPAs, CAs, and EAs throughout the US and abroad. All of our audit firms are peer reviewed or registered to be peer reviewed.

What qualifications and experience do your accountants have?

Our team-based model assigns a senior accountant or auditor, often a recent accounting graduate or accountant prepping to become a CPA, and an administrative support member to each project. When needed, we supplement the team with financial, insurance, and other specialized professionals to provide your nonprofit with comprehensive, well-rounded support.
